This is a drive by cable throttle body assembly, the older mechanical setup where the pedal pulls a cable straight to the throttle plate instead of routing through a motor. Fits 2001–2002 Acura MDX; 2003–2004 Honda Pilot. Part numbers: 16400-PGK-A01, interchange 16400-PGK-A04. Mounts front, center, upper. Tested functional. Throttle plate free-moving. No programming required. Worth checking your old unit's cable bracket and connector against this one before ordering, since these bolt patterns get reused across a few applications.
