Common questions
Will the armrest match my interior color?
OEM armrests are color-coded to match factory interior packages, but interior colors include multiple shades and materials that look similar at a glance and aren't identical. "Tan" alone isn't enough — the same vehicle line can have several shades of tan across model years, trim levels, and option packages.
Before buying, compare the listing photos and color description against your existing interior carefully. If you're matching to existing armrest material in your vehicle, note the interior color code (usually on the door jamb sticker or build sheet). Send Hubes your VIN if you want confirmation that the listed unit matches your specific interior package.
What's the condition of used armrests?
Used armrests ship in the condition shown in the listing photos, with normal wear consistent with the vehicle they came from. Every unit is sourced from a documented vehicle and inspected at intake.
What gets pulled from inventory:
- Torn, cracked, or punctured upholstery
- Broken latch mechanisms on console armrests
- Damaged mounting brackets or hinges
- Heavy staining inconsistent with listing photos
What you might see in listing photos:
- Light surface wear on contact areas (where forearms rest)
- Minor scuffing on plastic trim sections
- Slight color fade consistent with sun exposure
See Parts, condition & testing for the Grade A — Tested standard.
Are armrests interchangeable across model years and trims?
Sometimes within a generation, but armrests vary more than buyers expect. Console armrests differ by trim level (some include cup holders, USB ports, storage compartments) and door armrests differ by package (manual vs power window switches, memory seat controls, integrated trim panels).
The part number is the deciding factor. Compare your old armrest's part number to the OEM Part Number on the listing. If they don't match exactly, send your VIN.
See Fitment & vehicle compatibility for the full process.
What years and makes do you carry armrests for?
Coverage varies as inventory turns. Hubes Hub stocks armrests across most domestic and major import platforms. The live listing on the Armrests collection shows what's in stock right now.
If you don't see your vehicle, send your VIN. Hubes can tell you whether something fitting your build is coming through the bay.
