How shipping works at Hubes Hub.

When orders ship
Orders go out Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 3 PM Eastern on a weekday, your part ships that same day. Anything that comes in after 3 PM, on a weekend, or on a holiday ships the next business day.
We don’t ship on weekends — the shop’s open Monday through Friday.
What it costs
Standard ground shipping is free in the US and US territories. No minimum order, no shipping line item, no surprise at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
If you need expedited shipping — overnight, two-day, anything faster than standard ground — message Hubes before ordering and we’ll work it out. We set those up case by case.
International shipping is available to 20 countries: Western Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are calculated at checkout (USPS or DHL Express, depending on destination). Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. For destinations outside that list, message Hubes before ordering.
How it ships
Standard ground goes out USPS Ground Advantage by default. Depending on the package and the destination, sometimes other carriers make more sense — heavier orders or specific destinations sometimes go FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. We pick whichever gets your part to you in the best shape, in reasonable time, without overcharging anyone for shipping we already aren’t charging you for.
Tracking and delivery
When your order ships you’ll get an email with the tracking number. Once it’s in the carrier’s hands, the tracking link is the source of truth.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package is in transit we can’t redirect it, and packages that come back to us as undeliverable take time to sort out. If you spot an address mistake immediately after ordering, message us — if it hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package shows up damaged, or the tracking goes quiet for too long, the path is the same as anything else that needs sorting out: message us and we’ll work it out.
For damaged packages specifically, photos help — the box, the packaging, and the part itself. We file the carrier claim on our end so you don’t have to deal with that paperwork; on your end, we get a replacement out or refund you, whichever you’d rather. For packages that go missing in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to track it down. Most “lost” packages turn up within a few extra days; the ones that don’t, we replace.
Where we ship from
Every part ships from the shop in Rochester, Michigan. The address you’d send a return to is the same address your part shipped from — same building, same shelves, same hands. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days, faster the closer you are to Michigan.
